Under Consumer Protection Law, shopping online is considered to be distance selling.
The law in the case of distance selling entitles the Buyer to cancel the purchase / contract within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product. When canceling, the buyer may, but need not state, the reasons why he / she withdraws.
The waiver form has legal effect from the day it was sent to the merchant.
In the event of termination of the contract, the consumer is entitled to a refund or exchange for another product. The price is refunded to the customer upon receipt of the product, and after the product is found to be undamaged and correct.
The buyer is obliged to return the product promptly, no later than 14 days from the date of dispatch of the cancellation form. After 14 days after the customer has submitted the form, the product can no longer be returned.
On return, the goods must be returned in good working order and must be accompanied by the original fiscal excerpt.
Upon receipt of the product, the seller will determine if the product is correct and undamaged. The buyer is responsible for defect or damage to the product as a result of inadequate handling of the product, ie. the buyer is solely responsible for the diminished value of the product resulting from the handling of the goods in an improper manner. If a defect or damage to the Product is found to be the fault of the Buyer, the refund will be deducted and the product will be refunded at its cost.
The trader is obliged to return to the consumer without delay the amount paid by the consumer under the contract, not later than 14 days after the receipt of the withdrawal statement, and after receipt of the product.
