When picking up a package, the customer is required to visually check the package in the presence of a courier or postman. if there is any visible damage / torn package on the package, the buyer is obliged to request opening in the presence of the courier. If the item is found to be damaged, the courier is required to make a record of the complaint.
In the event of parcel damage, the shipping service will reimburse the costs incurred.
The buyer is responsible for the damage caused to the goods if he fails to report damage to the package upon delivery.
